I don’t like the fabric options at the moment, can I order a custom Made product?

YES! Of course. In fact I love making custom items, with fabric chosen specifically. I have a large range of fabric (lots of options… too many…). All you have to do is send us a message to get the process started.

How long does it take to make a [insert product]?

Depending on what it is I am making, the time can vary. My smallest basket is 15 minutes at the sewing machine. Whereas, a tote or a large basket can be 2 to 3 hours in the making. I usually measure the amount of time spent on an item, based on the number of episodes of a TV show that I am watching at the time.

If I Order a Custom Order, How long will I have to wait?

I usually offer the time frame of 7 to 10 business days. This depends on how busy I am and what is happening in my day job at the time. I try to be upfront and realistic about how long it will take and let you know from the beginning of the process. Also, more times than not, the order is completed and in the mail well before the original time frame I have set.

I need a custom Order in a Hurry, can you do it?

I can try. There are other limitations you do need to be aware of and that’s mainly shipping. I have no control over how long it will take to get from me to you, via Australia Post. So please be aware of this. But please get in touch, and I will see what I can do.

How do you ship your products?

All of our items are carefully wrapped and packaged in cardboard boxes, ready for shipping. We hope that by shipping in a box, you chosen item will get to you in the right shape and not squished.

We ship with Australia Post. Due to our rural location, there are sometimes delays that can not be avoided. In busier periods (like Christmas) please be aware that it may take longer to arrive than normal.
