We ship through Australia Post. All baskets and tote bags are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and boxed to ensure they arrive safely to you.

Both the box and tissue paper is recyclable. Please ensure you remove the tape off the box before recycling.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our shipping processes and the cost of international shipping through Australia Post, shipping outside of Australia is not possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.

To request a return and refund, or to process an exchange, please read the conditions below, complete the contact form and receive an emailed response before returning your item(s).

Twigs and Figs is happy to accept exchanges on most items for a period of 14 days from the date of shipment. Goods must be returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused, unwashed and with all labels intact.

A credit note or exchange will be offered on all full-priced items, subject to inspection..

Refunds will be issued via the same method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to clear. This will allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the product/s, follow-up with the relevant supplier/s and for funds to be processed. In most cases, this will be completed in less than 10 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty.

For items that have arrived faulty or damaged, please be ready to show a photo of the issue, shared via email, prior to a refund being granted. Please also be mindful of the fact that our items are all handmade and may have imperfections as part of their nature. We are more than happy to discuss this at any stage.

There are no refunds on sale or discounted items or purchases made with a sale promo code.

We do not offer “change your mind” returns or exchanges. So please consider your purchases carefully.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Twigs and Figs assumes no responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

All returns are to be sent to the address that will be provided in the email response.

To avoid confusion or disappointment, please do not send your item(s) until you have contacted us by email and received a reference number.
